Processing & Fulfilment
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped the same day they are placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We offer two convenient shipping options through Australia Post.
Standard
Parcel Post
Estimated 2–6 business days after dispatch. May vary by location.
Free on orders over $60Faster
Express Post
Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch. May vary by location.
Free on orders over $150Shipping Rates
Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $60, and free Express Shipping to orders over $150. For orders below these thresholds, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We also occasionally run promotional offers for free Express Shipping — keep an eye on our website and emails for these special deals.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and can be used to monitor your order through the Australia Post website.
Your tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of your shipment confirmation email. If you haven't received a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Damages, Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@slvrsleep.com.au with your order number and any relevant photos. We'll work with Australia Post where required and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
