Refund Policy

We want you to love your slvr pillowcase — and we mean that. Our 90-day sleep trial is designed to let you genuinely try your slvr pillowcase and decide if it's right for you.

If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in reasonable condition and must not be damaged through misuse, neglect, improper washing, staining, or excessive wear and tear.

All returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the item has been damaged, misused, heavily soiled, or returned in a condition that goes beyond normal trial use.

If you've simply changed your mind, that's okay too — we accept change of mind returns within 90 days, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in perfect resaleable condition.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

90-Day Return Policy

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Unlike most return policies, ours is designed to give you time to actually try the product — sleep on it, experience it, and decide if it's right for you.

To start a return, reach out to us at info@slvrsleep.com.au with your order details. We'll take it from there and send you everything you need — including a return shipping label and instructions.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted. Returns are sent to: 28A Vincent Street, Edithvale VIC 3196.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, that's completely fine. You can return your item within 90 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in perfect resaleable condition.

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process a refund until the returned item has been received and inspected.

Change of mind returns that have been opened, used, washed, damaged, marked, or returned without the original packaging may not be accepted.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know straight away. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to post the amount. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, please contact us at info@slvrsleep.com.au and we'll look into it.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@slvrsleep.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we'll offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

To exchange your item, simply return it and place a new order once your return is accepted. This is the quickest way to get what you need.

Gift Returns

If you received a slvr product as a gift, you may be eligible for store credit, provided the item meets our return conditions and proof of purchase can be provided.

Gift returns must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect resaleable condition unless the item is faulty, damaged, or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.

For gift returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the return has been received and inspected, approved gift returns will be issued as store credit.

Gift returns without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items are still covered by our 90-day trial unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

European Union Orders

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification.
