In the slvr pillowcase, silver ions are secured to the fabric using a patented polymer-based delivery system - not simply sprayed on as a surface coating - helping reduce bacteria buildup on the surface between washes.

Yes. Our pillowcase is slightly larger than a standard pillowcase, measuring 51cm x 76cm, compared to the common standard size of around 50cm x 70cm.

That little bit of extra room means it’s designed to comfortably fit most standard and larger pillows without feeling too tight or awkward to put on.

slvr is designed to be low maintenance. Machine wash cold with a mild detergent, lay flat to dry, and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. That's it.

If you want extra protection for the silk, a delicates bag works well. Our slvr laundry bag is made for it, but any mesh bag does the job.

A few other things worth knowing: avoid direct sunlight when drying to preserve the colour, and if you iron, use the lowest heat setting on the inside of the fabric.

Because of the silver ion technology, you only need to wash every couple of weeks rather than every few days. Less laundry, same clean surface.
